22 Days with The Healing Breath

One day. One breath. One practice at a time.

22 Days With The Healing Breath is a guided daily breath practice built around something simple...

Showing up.

Not chasing breakthroughs.

Not collecting more information.

Not trying to become a different person.

Just creating a little space each day to breathe, pay attention and practise being present in your own life.

This isn’t about doing more.

Most of us already have enough things we should be doing.

Enough information.

Enough advice.

Enough tabs open in our heads.

22 Days is deliberately simple.

Each day gives you a breath practice, something to orient yourself toward, and something small to carry into the rest of your day.

Then you go live your life.

The power isn’t in one enormous session.

It’s in returning.

Again.

And again.

And again.

Because the practice matters more than the peak.

A powerful experience can show you something.

But eventually you still have to wake up the next morning.

Make breakfast.

Go to work.

Deal with people.

Raise your kids.

Meet whatever life puts in front of you.

That’s where this practice belongs.

Not somewhere outside ordinary life.

Right in the middle of it.

22 Days is about building enough repetition that the breath becomes something you actually remember to return to when life gets noisy.

Each day is intentionally simple.

Breathe

A short guided breath practice to bring you back into your body and the present moment.

Orient

One simple principle or idea to carry with you through the day.

Live it

A grounded action that takes the practice out of the screen and into your actual life.

What are we actually practising?

Not perfection.

Not control.

Practice.

Returning to the breath can support your ability to slow down, notice what is happening inside you, create a little more space before reacting and meet everyday life with greater presence.

Over the 22 days, we explore things like:

Presence

Awareness

Consistency

Emotional regulation

Learning to pause

Listening to the body

Following through

Staying with discomfort

Coming back when you drift

You don’t need to be good at breathwork.

22 Days is for people who want something they can actually practise.

Maybe you’ve never done breathwork before.

Maybe you’ve had powerful experiences but struggle to bring any of it into everyday life.

Maybe you know how good it feels to slow down but keep forgetting to.

Maybe you simply want to make a commitment to yourself and follow it through.

There’s nothing to perform here.

Nobody is grading your breathing.

You just have to show up.

The commitment is part of the practice.

This works best when you treat the 22 days as a container.

Not something you do when you happen to feel motivated.

Not another tab to leave open for six months.

You make the commitment.

Then each day, you show up.

Some days it will feel powerful.

Some days it might feel ordinary.

Some days you probably won’t feel like doing it at all.

That is part of it.

The practice isn’t learning how to breathe perfectly.

The practice is returning.

Inside 22 Days With The Healing Breath

You’ll receive 22 days of guided practice inside The Healing Breath online space.

Each day includes:

A short teaching or orientation

A guided breath practice

A simple reflection

A grounded action to take into your day

You move through it one day at a time.

No endless content library.

No hours of videos to catch up on.

Just today’s practice.

Then tomorrow, we do it again.

Nobody is coming to chase you.

This is self held.

I’ll give you the structure.

I’ll guide the breathing.

I’ll give you something to work with.

But I’m not going to turn your commitment into my responsibility.

There’s something powerful about saying:

“I’m going to do this.”

And then discovering whether you actually do.

No applause required.

No gold star.

Just you knowing you followed through.

A note about the breath.

Breath practices can affect people differently.

You’re always encouraged to listen to your body, practise within your own capacity and stop or return to normal breathing whenever you need to.

The practices within 22 Days are offered as complementary wellbeing and personal-development practices and are not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about whether breathwork is appropriate for you, seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional before beginning.

Twenty-two days.

Not to become someone new.

To spend a little more time with the person already here.

Make the commitment.

Take the first breath.

Then come back tomorrow.
