Sacred Strength is a breath led online men's circle for those ready to reclaim their fire, their focus and their truth.

Over 8 weeks, we move through breath work, challenges, reflection and real conversation, together.

This is not a course, this is not a tick and flick program. This is a call. 

You don't need to be perfect. You just need to be willing.

• 8 x Weekly Zoom Calls (2 hours) - The intention is 30-45 mins of guided breath work + 75-90 mins of deep group process. 
• Daily Brotherhood via Telegram - Stay connected with check-ins, shares and support. 
• Weekly Challenges + Action Steps - To help you anchor insights into real life shifts.
• Guided Themes + Accountability - Each fortnight brings a theme. Each week brings movement.

• Weeks 4-5 - EMPOWERMENT - Reclaiming Fire and Integrity.
• Weeks 6-7 - FREEDOM - Breaking Cycles and Walking Your Truth. 
• Week 8 - Integration + Closing Circle.

WHY I CREATED THIS

I grew up without a father and I didn't have the best male role models around me. For a long time I was an angry man, a boy trapped in a man's body, not know who I am or who I was meant to be. I had to learn it all myself, I had to do it alone... Until I didn't.

I'm not here to teach from a pedestal. I'm here to sit in circle as a student too. 

I created Sacred Strength because every man deserves a place to be real, be held, and be reminded of who he is beneath the noise. 

This is for the fathers, the seekers, the steady ones, and the ones just holding it all together.

FAQs

Do I need experience with breath work? Not at all. All levels are welcome. You'll be guided in each session.

What if I miss a call? While all calls are recorded, presence is encouraged. This is a real time journey.

Is there a payment plan? Yes, through our payment partner we are able to offer 4 fortnightly payments. 

Can I join if I am overseas? Yes, all calls are via Zoom. Times will be based on AEST and generally held in the evenings. 

What happens after the 8 weeks? You'll leave with tools, techniques, friendships and a stronger sense of who you are. You'll also gain lifetime access to an alumni Telegram chat for all men who've taken the Sacred Strength journey. You may also be invited into future offerings or advanced containers to further support you on your path.
