PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
The Healing Breath
NOTICE
Please read carefully.
Participation constitutes agreement.
1. Private Association
The Healing Breath is a private, unincorporated, membership based association operating within the private domain.
All activities, gatherings, sessions, ceremonies, exchanges, and the provision of ceremonial cacao are offered exclusively to private members and are not available to the general public.
Participation is offered by private contract, not public invitation.
2. Membership Status
By attending, booking, exchanging value for participation, or requesting or receiving ceremonial cacao, you knowingly and voluntarily enter into temporary private membership with The Healing Breath for the duration of that engagement.
You acknowledge and affirm that:

You are acting in your private capacity

You are not participating as a member of the general public

You are entering into a private contractual relationship

Membership may be accepted or declined at the discretion of The Healing Breath
3. Nature of the Work
The Healing Breath does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial services.
Nothing shared, demonstrated, or experienced within this private association constitutes diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or professional advice of any kind.
All content, practices, discussions, and experiences are offered as experiential, ceremonial, or informational in nature, within a private member context.
4. Personal Responsibility
Participation is voluntary.
By participating, you accept full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after any activity.
You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for knowing your own limits

You participate at your own discretion

You assume all risks associated with your participation
If you have a medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition that may be impacted by breathwork or related practices, you are solely responsible for consulting an appropriate qualified professional prior to participation.
5. Confidentiality
All gatherings, sessions, and communications within The Healing Breath are private.
Members agree not to record, reproduce, disclose, or share personal information, experiences, or expressions of other members outside the private container, without explicit consent.
This obligation survives the conclusion of participation.
6. Media and Recording
Occasionally, respectful photography or recording may occur.
By participating, you grant permission for incidental inclusion in media unless you notify The Healing Breath in writing prior to the event.
Requests to opt out will be honoured.
7. Private Resolution
Any concerns, disputes, or grievances arising within the context of this private association shall be addressed privately and in good faith.
Members agree not to pursue public, statutory, or adversarial remedies, and instead commit to private dialogue or mutually agreed mediation consistent with the nature of a private association.
8. Eligibility
Participation is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older, unless prior written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian.
9. Acknowledgement
By participating in any activity, event, session, or exchange with The Healing Breath, you affirm that:

You understand this is a private members association

You are entering into a private contractual relationship

Participation is voluntary, informed, and self directed

You accept the terms of this agreement in full
No signature is required.
Acceptance is confirmed through participation.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not participate.
