By attending any event, ceremony, session, or retreat, or by requesting, receiving, or contributing for ceremonial cacao, you agree to enter into temporary private membership with The Healing Breath PMA for the duration of the exchange.

Private Jurisdiction

The Healing Breath operates exclusively within the private domain (as an unincorporated association). All offerings, gatherings, sessions, ceremonies, and cacao are available only to temporary or full private members and are not open to the general public.

This includes all online and in-person events, such as.

• Cacao and Breathwork Ceremonies

• Retreats

• Men's Circles

• Sacred Tea Gatherings

• Private Sessions

• and any future offerings shared under The Healing Breath

Agreement to Temporary Private Membership

By attending any event or exchanging for attendance, or requesting or receiving cacao, you agree to enter into a temporary private membership contract with The Healing Breath. You acknowledge that.

• You are acting in your private capacity, not as a member of the general public.

• You recognise that The Healing Breath operates under Natural Law and private contract, not public or corporate law.

• You take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and energetic experience during any event.

• You waive any claim of jurisdiction from public regulatory bodies over the offerings received as a temporary member.

• Your participation is voluntary, intentional, and based on mutual trust, honour, and consent.

All content, guidance, practices, tools, techniques, and suggestions shared by The Healing Breath, whether through sessions, events, online platforms, or personal interactions, are offered purely for informational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.

Members accept full responsibility for how they interpret, use, or apply any information shared within this private association context.

Health Acknowledgement
By choosing to participate in any activities, sessions, events, or offerings of The Healing Breath, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If you have a pre-existing medical or psychological condition, you are encouraged to consult with a qualified healthcare professional before engaging in breathwork or any related practices.

Sacred Confidentiality
Members agree to honour the sacred and private nature of all circles, sessions, and shared spaces held within The Healing Breath. Personal stories, emotional expression, or experiences shared by others are not to be repeated, recorded, or disclosed outside of the container, in any form. This ensures a space of trust, safety, and integrity for all members.

Media and Image Release
By attending events or sessions hosted by The Healing Breath, you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded in a respectful and discreet manner. These images or recordings may be used in future promotional materials, unless you express otherwise in writing before the event.
If you do not wish to be included in any photos or recordings, you must advise us prior to participation.

Private Dispute Resolution
Any concerns or disagreements arising between members and The Healing Breath shall be resolved privately, in honour and good faith, through direct communication. Members agree not to bring grievances into public or statutory forums, and instead commit to sacred dialogue, mediation, or council in alignment with Natural Law principles.

Age of Participation
All members must be 18 years or older to participate in offerings, unless prior written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian. This ensures all participants are of legal age to consent to private contract and engagement.

Final Declaration
By participating in any way with The Healing Breath, you affirm your understanding that you are entering into a private, member only relationship governed by private agreement, natural law, and mutual respect. You waive any presumptions of jurisdiction by external bodies or statutory systems and agree that all engagement is voluntary, honourable, and private.

Our Intentions

We gather in sacred space to breathe, heal, connect, and remember. This Agreement simply serves to honour the private nature of that space, to protect both facilitator and participant, and to ensure the integrity of what we co-create together.

No Signature Required

By booking, exchanging for attendance, or choosing to attend, or requesting or receiving cacao, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement and your temporary private membership in The Healing Breath PMA.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are respectfully asked not to attend or participate in any offering or exchange.
